Estimator - Refurbishment / Fit-Out / Construction

Estimator - a specialist main contractor is searching for an Estimator to join the expanding team based in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to play a key-role within a successful main contractor specialising in delivering retail and commercial projects for an impressive list of repeat clients.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
  • Company Car or Car Allowance (£5,000)

Key Duties:

  • Assessing and pricing tenders and producing cost plans
  • Working closely with company owners
  • Procurement of sub-contractors
  • Prepare project budgets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • A strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
  • Industry related qualifications
  • Excellent I.T skills

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit-out sector.
