The Estimator Contractor: Reddbrick are recruiting for a Sub Contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects Nationally. Currently, they are seeking an Estimator to join their team and manage projects throughout the region. Experience of Fit out, internals and externals packages would be advantageous. The Estimator role The Estimator will play a key role in the planning and financial management of Fit out schemes. This position requires experience in cost planning including measurement from stage 2, 3 and 4 general arrangement drawings to produce builder’s quantities and compilation. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve optimal results. Estimator Responsibilities * Populating your cost plan to support development appraisals, design solutions, validation of designs and benchmarking will be second nature to you. * Prequalification of oppotunities. * Working on a variety of tendering forms, whilst identifying opportunities to add value throughout the project process.. * Tendering and development of Stage 3 and Stage 4 design information into robust sub-contract enquires for quotation to preparing financial information for settlement meetings at each Gateway stage including Financial Close/Contract Sum. * Track and report on project costs and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from budget. * Recommend cost-savi...
