NEOS Engineering are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Estimator. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and tenders for civil engineering projects.

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope and project risks.

Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to obtain competitive material and subcontractor quotations.

Conduct site visits and assessments where required.

Develop and maintain cost databases, rate schedules, and supplier relationships.

Support project teams with cost analysis, value engineering, and commercial guidance.

Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documentation in line with company procedures.

Ensure all estimates meet commercial, technical, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years' experience

in estimating within the civil engineering sector.

Strong understanding of groundworks, infrastructure, and utilities.

Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.

Full UK Driving Licence.
