Job title: Estimator
Location: Essex/ Herts area
Salary: Negotiable plus £5k car allowance
The company:
* Our client are a well-established Construction and Building Solutions Contractor offering services including planned and cyclical maintenance, regeneration, refurbishments and fire safety compliance as well as full design and build services to the Housing and related sectors.
* The culture is described as energetic and innovative, with nice, modern offices and on-site parking facilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Min 3–5 years’ Estimating experience, ideally within main contracting or the social housing sector
* Understanding of planned maintenance, fire safety, or public sector tendering (particularly with housing associations)
* Comfortable managing the full tender process collaboratively
Salary & Package:
* Flexible, depending on experience
Location & Working Pattern:
* Office-based although they typically work from home 1 day per week
