We are working with a client that’s seeking an Estimator to join their established team. Working on a variety of public and private refurbishment / social housing projects, with values in excess of £1m to multi-million-pound framework agreements. The successful candidate will have previous exposure to these sectors, and varying levels of Estimating experience will be considered. Working hours are 08:00am – 17:00pm.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as an Estimator
* Up to date Health & Safety and Building Legislation knowledge
* Ability to use own initiative, excellent time management, organised, strong at problem-solving and ambitious
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Managing Director
* Responsible for the financial preparation of bids for the business
* Work in partnership with the bid team throughout the pre-construction and bid process
* Ensure bids are risk assessed and reported to the directors
