Our client is a leading Super Prime Main Contractor delivering some of Londons most prestigious residential and hospitality developments. With an annual turnover approaching £100M, they specialise in ultra-high-end refurbishments, bespoke new builds, and luxury fit-outs across Prime and Super Prime London postcodes.

Their portfolio includes exceptional private residences, boutique hotels, and landmark developments finished to the highest specification. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their commercial team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially robust tenders across high-value luxury projects. This position requires a meticulous and commercially astute individual with a strong understanding of complex high-end construction.

Depending on experience, the role can be offered at Estimator or Senior Estimator level.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for super prime residential and hospitality projects

• Analysing drawings, specifications, and related documentation to prepare accurate take-offs

• Managing the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission

• Producing bills of quantities where required

• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Attending site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client interviews

• Identifying value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity

• Risk analysis and allowance assessment

• Liaising closely with Commercial, Pre-Construction, and Operational teams

• Supporting post-tender negotiations and contract award processes

• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with key supply chain partners

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a main contractor environment

• Experience working on luxury / super prime residential or high-end hospitality developments is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, high-end finishes, and xbpsjku bespoke detailing

• Experience pricing projects in London

• Commercially astute with excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work to deadlines

• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) preferred
