About the Role
This Estimator position will focus on mechanical and HVAC projects, requiring a strong understanding of building services and cost planning. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical HVAC projects

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations

* Assessing project risks and opportunities

* Supporting value engineering where appropriate

* Producing clear and structured tender submissions

* Working closely with project and delivery teams

* Maintaining accurate records of estimates and cost data

The Estimator will have at least 3 years’ experience in estimating within mechanical or HVAC services and be confident working independently on tenders of varying size and complexity.

This Estimator role would suit someone commercially aware, detail-focused, and comfortable working within a busy mechanical services environment.
