Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity
An established and growing joinery business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, with occasional client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications
· Interpret and analyze plans, elevations, and technical drawings
· Complete detailed material take-offs
· Liaise with internal teams and occasionally attend client meetings (including travel to London when required)
· Maintain clear and organized documentation using standard office software
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a joinery estimator
· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Confident working independently and within a team
· Positive, proactive attitude
· Comfortable in client-facing situations
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
· Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location)
