Job Description
Senior Estimator Electrical Package: up to £70,000+ base salary + annual performance bonus Location: Sidcup - covering the city Client Base: Existing clients provided looking to develop current business and grow new leads

Overview:

Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial )
\n
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong electrical installation background to manage contracts, lead estimating activities, and drive business development across our commercial and industrial portfolio. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n Manage electrical installation contracts from tender through completion \n
Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for new and ongoing projects \n
Maintain and grow an existing client base, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities \n
Lead sales presentations, technical discussions, and tender submissions \n
Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations \n
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational delivery \n
Track KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance \n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial ) strong electrical installation knowledge / background \n
Experience as a Contracts Manager and/or Estimator \n
Proven track record in business development or technical sales \n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills \n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines \n
