Estimator \n\nEast Midlands (Hybrid after probation)\nUp to £45,000 DOE\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established company within the architectural aluminium and glazing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive team with long-term career prospects and hybrid working available after probation.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working from architectural drawings and specifications to deliver accurate and competitive tenders.\n\nPreparing detailed estimates from architectural drawings and specifications\nTaking off quantities and defining full scope of works\nUsing specialist software to build accurate costings\nLiaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams\nRaising RFIs and ensuring all project requirements are understood\nObtaining supplier quotations and supporting technical information\nSubmitting tenders and following up to secure feedback\nIdentifying value engineering opportunities\nSupporting project handovers to design and delivery teams\n\nWhat We are Looking For\n\nExperience in estimating within aluminium / glazing / facade / construction\nStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings\nKnowledge of Logikal software (highly desirable)\nGood understanding of specifications and project requirements\nConfident communicator with clients and suppliers\nProactive, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team\n\nSoftware Experience\n\nLogikal\nTech Design\nBluebeam (or similar PDF tools)\nMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n\nWhat is on Offer\n\nSalary up to £45,000 depending on experience\nHybrid working (2 days from home after probation)\nSupportive team environment\nOpportunity to work on varied and interesting projects\nLong-term career stabilityIf you have experience in estimating within the aluminium or construction sector and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.\n\nCOMLP
