Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Remote

Are you an experienced construction estimator?
Would you enjoy working for a large modular contractor?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modular contractor, delivering projects across the UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for the estimates for government framework projects, working alongside the established commercial team to ensure high quality and accurate tenders are being presented back to clients.
This role will see you predominately working from home but you will also be expected to visit sites and clients when necessary so the willingness to travel is essential.
We would welcome conversations with Estimators who:
Have a background in turnkey new builds, modular or civils/groundworks
Can work effectively on your own but also as part of a team
Are willing to travel to sites & client meetings when required
Possess a background in producing high quality quotes & tenders
Hold a strong understanding of different software packages such as; Conquest & Excel
