As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in both Electrical and Mechanical services to join their dynamic team. Your responsibilities as an Estimator: * Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for electrical and mechanical installation projects * Analyse drawings, specifications and other documents to prepare accurate pricing * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes * Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative solutions * Assist in risk analysis and evaluation of tender documentation * Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required * Support project handover to operations team, providing clarity on costs and scope * Work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy To be successful as an Estimator you will have: * Proven experience as an Estimator in Electrical and Mechanical services * Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent analytical and numerical skills * Strong negotiation and comm...
