The Role We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and structural engineering projects, supporting the business in securing new work.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civil and structural projects

* Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

* Conduct site visits where required to assess project scope

* Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options

* Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership during bid processes

* Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools

* Ensure all tenders are submitted on time and to a high standard
