On behalf of the MOD DSTL, we are looking for a Estates Technical Service Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12-month contract which is a hybrid role so requires 4 days a week on site at their Salisbury location

The Estates Technical Services Manager will provide specialist technical support to the Estates Senior Technical Services Manager by providing technical leadership and assurance to critical CB programmes to ensure a fit for purpose Hard FM infrastructure.
The Estates Technical Services Manager will contribute to ongoing operational activity and lead the NBSC, FASP459, HSE Interventions and Bld 2,4,6&7 investment programmes for Estates. They will assist in interpreting and applying standards, regulations and policies, ensuring they are effectively embedded within these projects. This technical role is crucial to the delivery of Hard FM providing technical assurance to Estates and wider programmes.
