We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Headteacher/Deputy Headteacher and offers a unique opportunity to manage and develop all aspects of a school site and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise school site services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and specialist equipment. Oversee external contractors and monitor associated budgets. Maintain and improve school buildings, grounds, and facilities, including routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensure health and safety compliance across the school, including fire safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures. Supervise site and cleaning staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. Advise on energy control, resources, and environmental conservation. Support school administration, including stock management, minibus maintenance, and lettings systems. Special Conditions:

Evening work and alarm callouts may be required. About You:
