Strategic Asset - Managing and Transforming Our Estate
As a Compliance Technician in our Property Maintenance Team, you'll play a key role in making sure our homes and communal areas meet all health and safety standards and remain compliant with the Decent Homes Standard.
You'll also help us spot and respond to any risks, working closely with colleagues and managers to keep our tenants safe and informed.
This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of property compliance and health and safety regulations, who's confident using data systems and writing reports. You'll need strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, plan your time well, and pay close attention to detail.
We're looking for someone with an HNC or NVQ Level 4 in building or surveying (or equivalent experience) and ideally working towards or holding an FDIS qualification. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and drive a vehicle supplied by the Council to undertake the duties of this role.
