* You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience whilst you build your sales pipeline.

* Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £25,000 PLUS you will receive 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) of your personal listings being sold PLUS 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) for hitting your sales target and targets are very realistic with on target earnings of between £60,000 and £70,000.

* Plus potential of up to 16% personal commission to be earned.
