Customer Estate Planning Advisor (Call Service Representative) \nPay Rate: £12.60 per hour (weekly pay)\nContract Length: 6 months\nStart Date: 24th November 2025\nLocation: Bristol or Sheffield City Centre\nBackground Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for motivated and customer-focused Call Service Representatives to join their expanding Estate Planning Advisory team. As the first point of contact for many of their clients, you'll handle each call with empathy and professionalism, delivering a service the team can be proud of.\n\nOur client is passionate about developing their people. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience within a legal environment, benefit from ongoing training, learn about succession planning, and strengthen your customer service and sales skills.

With continued investment in new technology and services, it's an exciting time to join.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nHandle inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers who have enquired about the services\nAccurately record customer queries and details, updating internal systems\nClearly explain available services to clients in an understandable and supportive way\nOffer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs\nCarry out a range of ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team\nEngage with local community groups to explore opportunities for free advice information clinics\nResearch and identify new community groups that may benefit from hosting free advice clinicsThis role would suit people who have\n\nExperience in a customer-facing role\nThe ability to work to performance and productivity targets\nStrong communication skills, both written and over the phone\nGood general IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment\nCompany information:\nThis contract vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd\nSince 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands to SMEs and start-ups.
