This role will be based at a new high end development located in Poplar, East London and is located a short walk away from All Saints, Blackwall and Poplar stations on the DLR. With 170 residential units, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a residents car park and a gym. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team. Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development. Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns. Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
