Estate Operative - Residential Development ?? Near Vauxhall, SE11 ?? £26,000 per annum ??? Thurs-Mon | 7:30am-4:00pm ?? Full-time | Permanent Are you practical, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in? We're looking for an Estate Operative to join a growing residential team near Vauxhall/Oval. If you're hands-on, enjoy physical work, and take pride in keeping places clean, safe, and well-maintained - this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting waste management and bulk bin movement (especially on Thurs & Fri)
Jet washing, outdoor cleaning , and keeping communal areas tidy
Helping with minor maintenance and site upkeep
Working closely with the existing site team to ensure high standards
Cladding and external cleaning - pigeon mess is real!
Using a tug pulley to move heavy bins (no driving licence required)
This is a physically active role , perfect for someone who's hands-on and ready to be outdoors and on their feet.
The Team:
You'll be joining a friendly, diverse, and hardworking on-site team, including concierge staff, managers, and another Estate Operative already in post. Your manager is supportive and values great attitude over perfection - as long as you're reliable, team-focused, and take initiative, you'll be set up for success.

Someone practical, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable with physically demanding work
A great team player - but also confident working independently
Experience in cleaning, waste management, or general maintenance is a bonus - but not essential
