Key Responsibilities: As an Estate Operative at Pinnacle Property Management, you will: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the estate. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing litter. Manage waste disposal processes, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling procedures are followed. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and communal areas to identify and report any maintenance issues. Assist in coordinating and overseeing repair works carried out by external contractors.
