Job Title : Estate Operative Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: HA1 Working Hours: 8:30am - 17:00pm Profile: To ensure the development is maintained to the highest standard, delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting the estate's safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency. The role involves site management, routine maintenance, cleanliness of communal areas, and acting as a point of contact for residents and contractors. Responsibilities: All bin stores to be tidied daily Bin stores to be disinfected weekly with jet washing 4 times a year Bins moved on bin days for collection and put away after Bulk waste broken down and disposed of where possible Cycle stores swept weekly and kept tidy Car parks to be swept and cleared weekly Courtyards to be kept tidy Litter picking across the estate Litter bins emptied Sweeping of leaves in all areas Keeping the estate presentable Required Skills and Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Benefits 20 day annual leave Pension scheme Long service awards If this would be something of interest, please apply with your CV and Niamh will be in touch
