Delivering a high‑quality, cost‑effective cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance service in line with agreed standards and timescales Representing the organisation on site, building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors Maintaining estate grounds to specification and reporting issues such as fly tipping, graffiti, repairs and safeguarding concerns Recording customer feedback and contributing to service improvements Safely operating, storing and maintaining equipment in line with Health & Safety, COSHH and PPE requirements Keeping company vehicles clean, safe and compliant at all times Accurately recording work completed, inspections and activity to support service charge accountability Supporting the training and development of apprentices Identifying and appropriately reporting safeguarding concerns
