The Role As an Experienced Estate Agent, you will: Generate and win new instructions Conduct valuations and property viewings Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors Actively prospect for new business opportunities Represent the Nelson brand with professionalism and energy What Were Looking For Proven experience in residential sales (minimum 12 years preferred) Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised Local market knowledge of London Bridge and surrounding areas is a plus Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer OTE £35,000 £45,000
