We are currently recruiting for a Lister for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault

The ideal candidate must have previous Listing experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Benefits: Basic £25,000 (including car allowance and mileage) OTE £55,000 - £60,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, ideally every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm ( with a day back in lieu ) 10% on all listings that exchange Increased commission to 12.5%, and then 15% once certain banking targets are met
