Estate Agent Branch Manager This role is for an enthusiastic, skilled, and charismatic Estate Agent seeking a responsible and well‑paid position with a dynamic and growing business where success, commitment, and hard work are both recognised and rewarded.
Minimum 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. Lead by example, motivate the team, and manage all aspects of selling homes. On‑target earnings up to £55,000. Basic salary £31,000 plus a choice of a £4,000 car allowance or company car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with one Saturday off every three (resulting in a 5‑day working week). Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days, increasing with service.
