Role Responsibilities

Run the branch as your own business, shaping success and driving profitability. Ensure customers receive top‑notch service and expert advice. Own the profitability and growth of your branch, leading and іхing the business. Motivate and inspire your team, lead by example and help the team hit targets. List properties and support vendors – help vendors get the best price and match buyers with their dream homes. Be the local market expert and build reputation as the go‑to specialist in the area.
