Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager – Duties:

Grow volume of new sales business Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division. Accountable quality of customer care Register, qualify and manage applicants Arrange and conduct viewing appointments To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies Develop the core business in the branch Assist with the management of the team

Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager - Skills Required:

Previous experience within Estate Agency with a track record in securing new business Listing & valuation experience Excellent sales ability High level of customer service skills Good telephone manner and positive attitude The ability to negotiate Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels Be responsive to change

Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager - The Package:
