What You’ll Be Doing
Growing income and profit across estate agency and associated services. Driving activity levels, market share and operational performance. Personally generating fee income through strategic client work. Recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent across the region. Ensuring compliance, quality standards and best practice across all offices. Acting as a hands‑on leader — attending client visits, mentoring managers, and celebrating success stories.
What We’re Looking For
A proven track record in estate agency leadership at multi‑branch level. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue in any market. Inspirational leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational ability. Drive, resilience and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
