Escalations Coordinator Support - German & English Speaking - Graduate / Early Careers opportunity

London - City Permanent Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote (Once training is complete)

The Role Working with one of our clients, a huge player in the technology and mapping sector, you will you will be working in an established team, and part of a project that ensures product escalations are managed to client expectations and customers are provided with timely acknowledgement and resolution within agreed SLA's.

We do not require candidates to have prior experience in this specific role, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, it is essential that you speak/read/write fluent German and English and ideally have strong GIS knowledge. It would be useful if you have any customer service or 1st line technical support experience, but this is not necessary as you will be provided with extensive training for the role.
