We’re looking for an Inhouse ERP Support Consultant to join our collaborative and high-performing Application Support Team . You’ll help our internal users maximise the benefits of our ERP solution ( Sage X3 ) and its connected systems – with the autonomy to make a difference, drive change, and shape the way we use technology across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide hands-on technical and functional support for Sage X3 ERP users across the UK.
Customise ERP solutions based on business needs, including modifying screens and building new interfaces with 3rd-party applications.
Create Crystal Reports and other functional reports across ERP and integrated systems.
Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for internal users and external partners.
Work closely with business stakeholders to advise, guide and continuously improve system use.
Play an active role in ERP enhancement projects and new system implementation initiatives.
Build a strong understanding of how our ERP connects with 3rd-party apps, and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
✅ What you’ll bring:
3–5 years’ experience supporting ERP solutions, ideally with strong knowledge of Sage X3 .
Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL query writing.
Familiarity with MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL administration.
Exposure to programming languages (advantageous, but not essential).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to work collaboratively across all levels.
A passion for delivering great customer support and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Strong documentation and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
