ERP Manufacturing Consultant (Progression into Sage X3)Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)We are currently working with a well-established ERP consultancy that specialises in delivering solutions across manufacturing and distribution environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ERP Manufacturing Consultant with a clear development pathway into Sage X3.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years’ experience within ERP or manufacturing systems who is looking to build a long-term career within consulting.You will gain hands-on exposure to ERP implementations, support, and continuous improvement projects, with structured training and progression into becoming a Sage X3 Consultant over time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport ERP implementation projects within manufacturing environmentsWork closely with clients to understand business processes and requirementsAssist with system configuration, testing, and user trainingProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systemsContribute to process improvements and system optimisationCollaborate with senior consultants on Sage X3 projects as part of your developmentRequirements1–4 years’ experience working with ERP systems (manufacturing-focused preferred)Experience working within a consultancy or managed service provider (MSP) environment.Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholdersInterest in developing a career within ERP consultancyDesire to build expertise within Sage X3What’s on OfferClear progression pathway into Sage X3 consultancyStructured training and mentorship from experienced consultantsHybrid working model based in BirminghamOpportunity to work on end-to-end ERP projectsSupportive and collaborative working environmentApplyIf you are looking to take the next step in your ERP career and move into a specialist consultancy role, please get in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
