Technical Product Owner (ERP) Oxford £Competitive + excellent benefits Were looking for a hands-on Technical Product Owner to take full ownership of our ERP platform (Odoo) and shape how it supports a fast-growing, technically sophisticated manufacturing business. This is not a passive support role. Youll have end-to-end oversight of the ERP system from implementation and configuration through to ongoing development and optimisation. Youll act as the internal product owner, ensuring the system evolves in a structured, scalable way that genuinely supports teams across production, HR, finance, CRM, supply chain and operations. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, map and improve processes, manage feature requests, and configure workflows that drive efficiency and clarity. Youll coordinate UAT, maintain documentation, review change impacts, and ensure the platform remains coherent and well-governed as the business grows. Were looking for someone with 23 years experience working with an ERP system in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant role.
