If you have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing specialist semiconductor manufacturing equipmentand a strong continuous improvement mindsetwe want to hear from you.As an Equipment Engineer on our DayDayNight rotating shift pattern, youll play a crucial role in keeping our high-volume wafer processing equipment running reliably, efficiently, and safely. Nexperia produces over 14,000 semiconductor wafers each week in a fully loaded, high-volume fab. Working closely with the Equipment Shift Leader and the wider engineering team, youll maintain and repair specialist semiconductor tools, directly supporting our manufacturing KPIs.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your work will have a clear and tangible impact.
