EXPERIENCED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER, OR SHEQ / HSEQ / QHSE / HSE COMPLIANCE MANAGER WITH STRONG ENVIRONMENTAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR MULTISITE OPERATION IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING SECTOR TITLE: Environmental Manager / Sustainability Lead - Waste & Recycling Compliance SALARY: Circa £48-57,000 DOE, plus Car Allowance or Car & Fuel Card BENEFITS: 25 days + B/H rising with service, Life Assurance, Enhanced Pension FLEXIBLE HOURS: 40 hrs worked between 6am and 6pm Mon to Fri LOCATION: Sites across Yorkshire, Good A1 access ideal. YOU WILL HAVE BEEN AN: Environmental Manager, Environmental & Sustainability Manager, SHEQ Manager, HSEQ Manager, QHSE Manager, Compliance Manager. YOU WILL HAVE WORKED IN A SECTOR WITH DETAILED ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS: Waste Management, Recycling, Aggregates, Quarry, Landfill, Anaerobic Digestion, In-Vessel Composting, Skip Hire etc. ROLE: Environmental Manager / Sustainability Lead - Waste & Recycling Compliance You lead environmental compliance and sustainability across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, Environmental Agency regulations, and permit conditions.
