Our client in Hampshire is seeking an EHO/Environmental Protection Officer to join their team on a short-term basis (36 months). You will play a key role in investigating and resolving environmental crime issues, including fly tipping, waste offences, and statutory nuisance complaints. Duties Investigate reports of fly tipping, waste accumulations, abandoned vehicles, and other environmental crimes. Carry out inspections and gather evidence to take enforcement action where appropriate. Investigate statutory nuisance complaints, including noise and odour issues, and take necessary action in line with legislation.
