Job Title: Environmental Due Diligence Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid & Flexible working arrangements)

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role involves conducting environmental assessments across the UK property sector, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include collecting and analysing environmental data, conducting desk studies, reviewing historical mapping, regulatory databases, and local authority information to support due diligence reporting. The role also involves participating in on-site audits, ensuring accurate reporting, and engaging with clients and subcontractors to support high-quality assessments.

Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, have a good understanding of environmental assessments and legislation, and possess excellent English communication skills. Strong attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK are required. A master's degree and foreign language skills are advantageous.
