Lead the development and delivery of environmental sustainability strategy.\n\nImplement environmental policies, plans and KPIs across the organisation.\n\nRegulation & Compliance\n\nManage environmental data collection, analysis and reporting.\n\nMaintain the ISO 14001-aligned environmental management system.\n\nEnsure compliance with requirements such as ESOS, SECR and CFD.\n\nLead annual CPD submissions and contribute to sustainability assessments including EcoVadis.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\n\nAct as a trusted adviser to internal teams on environmental and sustainability matters.\n\nSupport bids, pitches and client requests for environmental information.\n\nPartner with Procurement to strengthen sustainability within the supply chain.\n\nManage relationships with external consultants and carbon accountants.\n\nBuild a network across peer firms and environmental bodies.\n\nCommunication\n\nDeliver internal engagement and communication plans.\n\nPrepare clear, insightful reporting to track progress against environmental targets.\n\nDevelop and deliver environmental training.\n\nMaintain sustainability content for internal and external platforms.\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nStrong background in environmental management, ideally within professional services.\n\nSolid understanding of environmental legislation, management systems and ISO 14001.\n\nConfident managing and analysing environmental and carbon data.\n\nMembership of profressional body preferred e.g. IEMA, CIEEM, CIWEM\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nHighly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.\n\nFlexible and able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment
