What You’ll Do:

  • Drive HSE Excellence: Promote a proactive safety culture, conduct risk assessments, and implement innovative health and safety measures.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of environmental and safety legislation, prepare detailed compliance reports, and provide expert guidance.
  • Inspire Teams: Design and deliver impactful training and coaching sessions, empowering employees to embrace sustainability and safety practices.
  • Innovate and Improve: Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance HSE performance and introduce cutting-edge solutions.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Environmental Expertise: Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulations, including ISO 14001 or similar standards.
  • Safety Credentials: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered IOSH status.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of DSEAR, PUWER, and COSHH.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change, engage teams, and deliver measurable results.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for innovation and best practices in both environmental and safety management.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly organised and driven, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
