Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our cybersecurity portfolio. This role requires building and managing enterprise customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in cybersecurity and proven success in enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales quota and deliver consistent revenue growth in assigned territory/accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise customers across industries.
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, and IT decision-makers to understand business needs and security challenges.
- Position company’s cybersecurity offerings (SOC, IAM, DLP, EDR/XDR, Cloud Security, Managed Services, etc.) as enterprise solutions.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, RFP/RFI handling, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and PoCs.
- Build and maintain strong account plans, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity.
- Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and account reviews to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in cybersecurity / IT security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity landscape, threats, and technologies.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and close complex, high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (Solution Selling, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
Desired Skills
- Strong network with CXOs and decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of managed security services, cloud security, and compliance-driven solutions.
- Experience in handling multi-region enterprise clients (APAC, EMEA, US) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, presales, delivery).
