Enterprise Sales Director - Vertical Markets

This role is remote with extensive travel expected.
The Enterprise Sales Director - Mobile Video will develop and implement a sales team to target enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on Body Worn Cameras and Number Plate Readers. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team of sales and market experts, and fostering relationships with channel partners and Fortune 500 organizations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations to understand and influence funding.
- Lead the strategy and execution of strategic priorities and projects.
- Manage internal teams on critical projects with clear direction.
- Maintain customer intelligence data in Motorola CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Drive strategies with enterprise customers for Motorola's success in their procurement processes.
- Achieve order and revenue targets by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet territory objectives.
- Enable and support channel partners.
- Forecast territory order and revenue regularly.
- Use enablement tools like promotions and incentives to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct joint sales calls for coaching and training.
- Act as a coach for Account Managers to improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about competitors and market disruptors.
- Understand Motorola Solutions' contract terms and compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- 6+ years in Sales, Video, or Physical Security.
- 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
- Experience selling to vertical markets such as Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Private Security, Transportation, or Loss Prevention.
- Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives in Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience managing channel partners.
- Start-up experience is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies with enterprise customers and understand procurement processes.
- Quick learner of Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
Location and Travel:
Must be able to travel domestically over 60% of the time.
