The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a growing London-based team. This role offers the opportunity to support a strategic shift from SMB/mid-market to enterprise, working with cutting-edge AI and communication technologies to transform customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities

Secure mid-market and enterprise-level clients within a fast-paced environment Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–50 target accounts Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline through outbound, self-generated activity Deliver a high level of customer engagement and sales activity Drive revenue growth with a strong focus on new business ("hunter" mentality)

Qualifications

5+ years of experience consistently exceeding quotas of $1M+ Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals Strong ability to navigate complex organisations and engage C-level stakeholders Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) Background in retail or e-commerce sales with complex deal cycles Highly driven, resourceful, and resilient mindset Strong personal brand, ideally with an established LinkedIn presence Competitive equity package Uncapped commission structure with accelerators Generous holiday allowance and personal development support
