About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and innovative English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join a supportive team of eight experienced educators who share a commitment to inspiring and challenging students. The department has a strong track record of consistently high GCSE results in English Language and Literature.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and share best practices. Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

Located in the New Forest area, this co-educational academy caters to students aged 11 to 16. Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language education. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
