Contribute to the development of the English curriculum, sharing resources and innovative ideas with colleagues. Prepare students for GCSE examinations through rigorous practice, feedback, and targeted support. Liaise with parents and guardians through reports and parent's evenings to provide transparent feedback on progress. Direct Teaching Assistants effectively within the classroom to support students with SEND or EAL requirements. Participate in faculty meetings and whole-school CPD to stay at the forefront of pedagogical research.
