Role- English Teacher: Location- Altrincham Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic English Teacher to work in a secondary school in Altrincham. This is a full time role and is a great opportunity to join a team of welcoming and supportive staff, the role will start in Septemeber in line with the new academic year. The school is located near various public transport links and also has access to staff car parks. The salary for this role is between £150-£200 per day dependent on experience. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Previous secondary teaching experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure classroom management Passionate about teaching to encourage and inspire students’ academic abilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare students for GCSE exams by providing high quality learning and confidence in delivering lessons. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for both KS3 and KS4 students. Laise with different colleagues and staff members to ensure productive learning strategies are being prioritised. Offer targeted interventions for students who may be struggling/ under achieving.
