Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience.

About the Role

Teach Now is recruiting an English Teacher for a high-achieving secondary school in Hillingdon. This role is ideal for both ECTs and experienced teachers, with excellent mentoring, structured support, and strong opportunities for professional growth. You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 teaching, inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity, and a love of reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons
• Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

Requirements

• QTS with a specialism in English
• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
