A large, Secondary School in the London borough of Redbridge is looking to recruit a qualified English Teacher from September. Supported by an excellent Head Teacher, together with a strong Senior Leadership Team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their teaching career.

The Role:

· Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking English lessons across KS3 and KS4.

· Inspire students to develop their understanding of different beliefs, cultures and values.

· Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.

· Support the wider ethos and values of the school.

Requirements:

· QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

· Experience teaching English to KS3 and KS4.

· Enhance DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.

· A positive, proactive and flexible attitude.

This role is FULL-TIME and is to start in September – there is potential for the role to be offered on a part-time basis, however full time would be preferential.
