Start date: After the Easter break (ASAP) End date: End of academic year (July 2026) Full-time role Teaching English at KS3 and KS4 We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' 11-19 secondary school in Hinckley who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher. This is a full-time job to start after the Easter break until the end of the academic year. Due to this being a long-term job, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking. Delivering engaging and creative English lessons. Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback. Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one. Recent experience teaching English at secondary school level (KS3 and KS4) Strong behaviour/classroom management.
