About the School

This specialist SEMH provision in Uxbridge supports students who are unable to access mainstream education due to behavioural or emotional challenges.

The school offers:

Small class sizes (maximum 8–10 pupils)

Additional TA support in every class

A reduced curriculum focusing on core subjects

The English Teacher will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere, using creativity and structure to support students in achieving their GCSE English qualifications and preparing for future education or employment.

Requirements for the English Teacher:

Hold QTS or QTLS (essential)

Experience teaching English at KS3, KS4, and KS5 (SEMH experience desirable)

Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
