Academics is seeking a skilled and motivated English Teacher to join secondary schools across Hull. You'll play a vital role in guiding students from Key Stage 3 through to A-level, fostering a deep appreciation for reading, writing, and critical thinking.

What We're Looking For in an English Teacher:

* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent) with English as your subject specialism. * Proven ability to teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3, 4, and A-level. * Engaging and imaginative lesson planning that supports students' success in GCSE and A-level exams. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build a supportive, inclusive learning environment. * A genuine enthusiasm for exploring a wide literary range-from classic texts like Shakespeare to contemporary works. * A teacher who encourages creativity, independent thinking, and builds confidence in both written and spoken communication.
